Cultural Concept Stralsund 2034 – Förderverein Historische Warenhäuser Wertheim und Tietz in Stralsund e.V.

On December 15, 2022, the “Cultural Concept STRALSUND 2034” was unanimously adopted by the city council of Stralsund. Our association was involved in the creation of the concept. The cultural concept contains five fields of action. The “Field of Action 1 – The Foundation: Cultural Heritage and Museums” also includes the development of the museums. Here, among other things, it is planned to examine the establishment of a department store museum and to push ahead with research on this topic. In addition to the STRALSUND MUSEUM, the Förderverein Historische Warenhäuser Wertheim und Tietz in Stralsund e. V. is named as the institutions involved.
